Painting done! Next up, flooring...

I am so happy so share that I'm done painting!  ...for now.  I have to remind myself that there are 3 rooms that haven't even been drywalled, so they will need to be painted at some point as well.

 Master bedroom.  I decided that I was going to do this room in MY favorite color, so it is purple!  Good thing Karsten doesn't really care!  The color on the left is just a shade darker than the one on the right.  I did the 3 walls on the left the darker color and then the rest of the room the lighter color.  This is looking at the closet (doorway on the left) and the master bathroom on the right.  This bathroom is one of those rooms that isn't even drywalled.  It will likely be the last room we do.

Looking at the other side of the master bedroom, this is the lighter color.  I'm very happy with it.

 Karsten has also tried out his skill with laminate!  This is the formal entry in the living room, the rest of the room will be carpet.  Anybody see that kid in the closet?!

And he got the dining room done.  I've never had laminate flooring before but I really like what we picked out!  Thanks Furniture Showcase!  This same flooring will be in the kitchen, but he can't finish it until the cabinets are are in.

The carpet and vinyl will be installed this week!  Stay tuned for pictures!
